1. Purpose

NeoSpaceBot provides software to automate trading strategies on platforms you connect, together with a website to buy a licence, download the app and contact support.

The software is a tool to help you execute strategies. You remain free to configure it and decide how you use it.

2. Access

The service is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so.

We may refuse or close access in case of abuse, fraud, or where required by law.

3. Licence

After payment confirmation, a personal licence is issued for the duration of the selected pack (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or lifetime for Pack Super).

The licence lets you use the software for your own needs. It remains the publisher’s property and may not be resold, rented or shared.

A lifetime licence covers the period during which the publisher offers and maintains the product.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is made in cryptocurrency on the network chosen at checkout. The licence is activated after payment is confirmed.

The licence is digital content delivered once payment is confirmed. Except where required by law, orders are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

5. Use of the software

You are responsible for your credentials, the accounts you connect and the rules of the platforms you use. NeoSpaceBot does not hold your funds.

The software and website are provided as is. We aim for a high-quality service and strong availability.

6. Intellectual property

The NeoSpaceBot name, website, software and related content remain the property of the publisher or its partners. Unauthorised reproduction is not allowed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant licence. Exchanges, blockchain networks and other third-party services remain independent of NeoSpaceBot.

8. Personal data

How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version online at the time of your order applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law
