1. Controller

The data controller is the publisher of the website and software marketed under the NeoSpaceBot brand.

2. Scope

This policy covers the NeoSpaceBot website, crypto checkout, licence delivery, the trading application (desktop and mobile), support, the referral programme and related communications.

It does not cover exchanges, wallets, RPC nodes or other third-party services you connect yourself. Those services have their own policies.

3. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the service, keep it secure and meet our obligations.

• Identity and contact: first name, last name, email, phone number.
• Order: selected pack (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Super), amount, promo / referral code, date and status.
• Crypto payment: chosen network, generated deposit address, expected amount, public on-chain transaction identifiers once payment is detected. We do not collect your payment private keys.
• Licence: licence key, activation date, validity period, and possibly a limited device identifier for activation control.
• Technical usage: server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, pages viewed, errors), cookies strictly necessary for the site (language, session).
• Support: the content of emails or messages you send us.
• Local app: your exchange API keys, seeds and balances stay, by design, on your device or wallet. We do not access or store them on our servers unless you send them to us voluntarily (which we strongly advise against).

4. Purposes

Your data is used to:

• Create and track your order, scan payment automatically and issue the licence.
• Send you the key, install instructions and purchase-related information.
• Provide support, handle technical issues and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Operate referrals, promo codes and, where applicable, related commissions.
• Keep the site secure, monitor service health and meet legal accounting and anti-fraud duties.
• Contact you only as needed for the contract or if you write to us. We do not use your data for third-party behavioural advertising.

5. Legal bases

Contract performance: order, payment, licence, purchase-related support.

Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, technical improvement, defence of our rights.

Legal obligation: retention of billing records and responses to competent authorities where required by law.

Consent: any non-essential cookies if they are ever enabled, and any clearly identified optional processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Recipients

Your data is accessible only to authorised NeoSpaceBot personnel and strictly necessary providers (hosting, transactional email, cloud infrastructure, security tools).

Crypto payments travel on public blockchains. Addresses and transactions can be seen by anyone inspecting the relevant network. NeoSpaceBot is not responsible for that inherent publicity.

We do not sell your personal data. No file is shared with advertisers.

7. Retention

Order, licence and payment data: kept for the life of the contract, then as long as needed for legal duties and evidence (in practice several years for accounting and fraud prevention).

Technical logs: a limited period, typically weeks to months, unless a security incident requires longer.

Support requests: for the time needed to handle them, then a reasonable archive period.

When retention is no longer justified, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. International transfers

NeoSpaceBot operates remotely. Hosting or email providers may be located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Union.

In that case we rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, reputable providers, data minimisation).

9. Security

We apply reasonable measures (encryption in transit, access control, logging, minimisation) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

No system is infallible. You remain responsible for the confidentiality of your email, licence key, API keys and wallets. Never share a seed phrase or private key with support.

10. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies or local storage: language, browsing session, and possibly a temporary token tied to an open order or a licence key already issued on your device.

These are not used to profile you for advertising. You may delete them in your browser; some features (language, order resume) may then be limited.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU / UK), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, write to support@neospacebot.com from the email used at purchase and describe your request. We may ask for reasonable identity verification.

Erasure cannot always be immediate where retention is mandatory (invoice, already-issued licence).

12. Minors

The service is for adults (18+) with legal capacity to contract. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If a minor has submitted data, contact us for deletion.

13. Crypto payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency. Please send the indicated amount, on the chosen network, to the address provided for your order.

Blockchain transactions are public. A payment sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may not be matched to your order.

14. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. The last-updated date appears at the top. The online version prevails.
